Florida, here I come!

Yes, I am off to Florida and yes I might forget about my blog for a little while (I insist on the LITTLE, because it seems like I am quite obsessed with blogging). I’m trying to pack, and god knows I hate this part, I can’t figure out what to take with me. And for the swimsuit, one piece or two piece? both? Either way, I went online for some inspiration and now I am here again (avoiding my luggage)…! And then I tell myself, Marilyn would wear a one piece, right? Exactly at that moment, I see a picture of her wearing a gorgeous orange two piece… aaaaah help me!

Throw a party like the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and I shall be there

I love this time of year: school is almost off, the weather is finally warming up and the girls take their most beautiful outfits out. Of course, no one throws a gala like the MET and this year was no exception, considering that the New York elite gave us an eyeful of beautiful dresses and sleek hair. I’ve picked, of course, a selection of my best wins. And even though some will think they look “weird” or too “out there”, I will reply to you saying: OH PLEASE! remember the days you used to play dress-up (which I still secretly do) and think of how delighted you would have been to wear Florence’s puffy frill dress ;)

One Patrick Demarchelier to go please

Patrick Demarchelier is one of my favorite fashion and just plain (although I am sure there is nothing plain about him) artist photographer. He has collaborated with houses such as Dior, Louis Vuitton,TAG Heuer, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent… and oh! the list could go on and on. I am sure you have seen some of his work in older posts on my blog (I am litteraly in love with his vision), and now I’m dedicating a whole mini text to this French (as the French would say) génie ! And I ask you, before I leave you to enjoy these decadent pictures: is he not absolutely amazing?

Shoes, they just get me!

I cannot wait to take my summer shoes out for a walk… now if it would just stop raining! If some of you are still shopping and looking around, here are some splurges that you can make OR (for mere mortals like myself, with no monthly paycheck) inspiration ;) and of couurse, being such a huge fan of nude (i mean come on, my blog’s name has naked in it!) I’ve picked two shoes that offer that little sexiness…!
